KEVIN CRAIG Author of three published novels, Summer on Fire, Sebastian’s Poet, and The Reasons, Kevin is a 4-time winner of the Muskoka Novel Marathon’s Best Novel Award.
A passionate playwright, seven of Kevin's comedic plays have been produced; four of which were performed by Driftwood Theatre at their Trafalgar24 Play Creation Festival at Trafalgar Castle in Whitby, Ontario and two of which were recently performed at the 2013 InspiraTO Festival in Toronto. In addition, Kevin's poetry has been published internationally.
Kevin grew up in Toronto, before moving to the suburbs where he spent some thirty years. He has currently returned to live in The Beaches, which was the setting for his second novel, Sebastian's Poet. Kevin is a long-time member of the Writers’ Community of Durham Region, as well as a founding board member of the Ontario Writers’ Conference. He spends his spare time back in Durham Region, hanging with his children and grandson. He is anxiously awaiting the arrival of another grandchild
Kevin is represented by Stacey Donaghy. His stories, Burn Baby, Burn Baby and Half Dead and Fully Broken have both sold to Curiosity Quills Press for publication in Fall 2014.
